FixConnect (“the App”, “we”, “our”) is a platform that connects clients with service providers (“majstori”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly and transparently.

• User ID (Google/Firebase)
• Profile details (services, description, city, availability)
• Chat messages

1.2 Location Data

Precise GPS location (only if user enables visibility).

Push notification token (FCM).

• Account authentication
• Showing providers on the map
• Matching clients and providers
• Chat functionality
• Notifications

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or external organizations. Only Firebase processes data to operate the platform.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase security.

5. Data Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When deleted, all data is permanently removed within 72 hours.

6. Data Deletion – Your Rights

Users can request deletion:

• In-app via Settings → Delete Account
• Online: Account deletion page

7. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users aged 18 and over.
